Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains how information is handled when you visit the Airway website, download or use the application, start a trial, activate a license, purchase a license, request a student license, or contact support.

2. Information processed

Website and regional checkout

The server receives ordinary request information such as your IP address, request time, requested page, browser or user-agent data, and referral information. Your IP address is checked against a local geographic database to choose Philippines or international checkout. This lookup does not require sending your IP address to a geolocation provider.

Trials and licenses

Trial and activation services may process your email address, license key, machine identifier, trial dates, activation dates, license type, and device-count information. This is needed to issue and validate access and enforce trial and license limits.

Purchases

When you enter an email in the website purchase form, it is passed by your browser to the selected payment provider to associate the purchase with license delivery. Payment providers process payment details, billing information, taxes, fraud checks, and transaction records under their own privacy policies. Airway does not receive or store complete card, GCash, or Maya credentials.

Student licenses and support

A student request may include your name, email, school or bootcamp, and the information you choose to submit. Support messages include your email address, message, attachments, and technical details you provide. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, or unrelated sensitive data.

3. How information is used

• Provide downloads, trials, activation, license validation, and support.
• Route visitors to an appropriate currency and payment provider.
• Deliver license keys and transaction-related communications.
• Review student-license eligibility and prevent program abuse.
• Protect Airway, investigate errors, and maintain security and reliability.
• Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and payment obligations.

4. Cookies, analytics, and tracking

The current Airway website does not include third-party advertising or analytics trackers. Essential hosting or session technology may be used where necessary for security and site operation. This policy will be updated before optional analytics or marketing cookies are introduced.

5. Service providers and disclosures

Information may be shared with vendors only as needed to provide their service, including hosting and email infrastructure, payment processors such as PayMongo or Gumroad, and the form provider used for student requests. Their own terms and privacy policies govern their processing.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, protect users or systems, or respond to a valid legal process. Airway does not sell or rent personal information.

6. Retention

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. License and transaction records may be kept for the life of a license and for required tax, accounting, security, dispute, and legal periods. Support and student-request records may be deleted when no longer needed. Infrastructure logs are retained according to operational and security needs.

7. Security and international processing

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information outside your country. Where required, reasonable measures will be used to protect information transferred across borders.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information, or to object to certain processing. Requests can be sent to the address below. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed, and some records may be retained where legally required or needed to enforce a license or resolve a dispute.

9. Children

Airway is not directed to children under 13. If you are below the age at which you can consent to data processing or enter an agreement in your country, a parent or legal guardian must act for you. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information without appropriate consent.

10. Changes and contact
